During the 1940s, 50s and 60s my grandparents ran JanEl Wedding Photography and Portrait Studio in Seattle. My mother came by to visit the other day and gave me this amazing image of my grandfather, Elmer Ball, photographing a wedding! My grandmother's role was to hand tint the black and white photographs that he took.
